... mention, has spent decent number of years in Infosys and sharing this feedback. Hardly considered the employees benefits, still holding with the old principles, pathetic salary structure, pay and perks are considerably lower to the market standards. Very poor assessment process, NO differentiator for performers and non-performers. Loads of managers are totally stagnate here without any skill upgrade and try to impose dictatorship. In fact, i have joined this company with lots of hopes and expectations but barely met any of my expectations during my tenture

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected
