Job security - Good

Dislikes

Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
