The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.

It is really a good company where it gives importance to both work and family, there is a lot of scope in improving our knowledge and connections.

The challenges are career growth, salary perks and promotions will be delay.

...ally not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . Here managers are much more greed to go onside , so as a junior your oppertunity will come latter , thats happen with me , though i got US visa but management not send me \, but my manager got visa after me and he went.

This is the best IT company for Beginners not for experienced employees, thisis the best platform for freshers who are all in the learning phase.

Salary wise is very very bad in Infosys, we are working since 2016, but we are not getting good salary and performance bonus as well but some of the external hirings employees will get good salary compared to old employees Eg. JL3 external hires, they are getting good salary compared to JL4

Good work life balance and good team co-ordination with few good managers

...ities are very less and mapping to such project will not happen to most of them. Main concern would be salary and incentives which is very low in market.
