Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.

Infosys is just like keep on working don't expect any hike in your salary and you'll be promoted as per company norms. Slow growth or you can consider as no growth in monetary terms or in your career path. Going through my worst experience.

Average company, excessively low hikes but majorly job secured though there are layoffs and exits.

Dislikes

Low salary hikes, managed and select people given onsites, performance not in line with ratings rather than relationships and approach, work from home allocated on no logic to all but few get without any valid reasons.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.
