This is the best IT company for Beginners not for experienced employees, thisis the best platform for freshers who are all in the learning phase.

Salary wise is very very bad in Infosys, we are working since 2016, but we are not getting good salary and performance bonus as well but some of the external hirings employees will get good salary compared to old employees Eg. JL3 external hires, they are getting good salary compared to JL4

INFOSYS AS A COMPANY IS GREAT. BRAND AND MARKET PRESENCE IS AMAZING. GOOD WORK LIFE BALANCE AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. GREAT CAMPUS. EMPLOYEES CAN AVAIL LOT OF FACILITIES FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Salary is very low. Forget performance bonus. Forget appraisals. You will get 3% avg hike. There is too much pressure in HR roles. The management pretends to hear but does nothing. Unhealthy competition among peers creates toxic work culture.

Infosys has an amazing culture. You would definitely miss being in Infosys after leaving the organisation, support, work life balance is exceptional.

The compensation aspect and growth is a bit slow, but we were well compensated after being there for a long time

Job security and work life balance is really good here. You get to learn though various cources , certifications they offer if interested. However, employees pay way less than other companies in the Market. Through it is a top software company in india, they provide a yearly hike of 3-6% and 10% of promotion in hike. There are no yearly bonus, hardly they give night shift allowance of 1-2 k per month, they charge their employees for transport facility, parking too! No monetary benefits at all to keep their employees motivated. Infosys is stingy!!!
