Lack of projects, false promises on promotions, Managers are like giving preference only specific community, Employee get harassed in name of promotion, Increased work hours, No appraisals and salary hike. Its been nearly two years , Infosys havent given salary hike to employees.

Toxic culture and office politics is high 4.No pay for overtime, holidays works just one extra leave which will expire in 90 days. 5.Manager's and HR are not supportive even no body care about your career and health. They keep pushing you to do extra and even allot there work as well. 6. Specially freshers stay away. you will stuck in here

Worst organisation in terms of work life balance, salary and benefits, recognition and rewards. Specially if we are working as a loaned resources for some other domain, neither reporting manager nor project manager are bothered of recognition or appraisals. Worst leave policy. When we are working for a non-Indian client, have to follow their holidays calendar. Feels worst than a slave when we have to work on festivals without any extra benefit. In case of on-call support, we are supposed to be available for 24*7 hrs for that week but no compensatory off or any benefit. Doesn't matter if we have worked whole night for some issue, we are supposed to connect and work the next day as per the regular timings. This should be renamed and recognised as TIHAD JAIL instead of an organisation.

Salary, Don't join this company then you will regret. And Notice period is the big issue. WHen you try for another company you will get rejected because of notice period only. Salary is very low..no hike
