Good work place in respect of environment and culture. Management is also good. One can fulfill his/her dream to pursue hobbies in their free time. In this pandemic, company is following the govt. rules and regulations and daily basis screening is also done.

...e see everywhere nowadays. Management took a time but addressess all the issues. Salary is kind of a issue as the growth is quite slow but too many facilities are here.

No career growth, no salary hike for employees for the past 3 years, yet they send an email stating that they are increasing food court prices because they haven't done so in the last 2 years. What about employees' salaries?

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.
