Work life balance is the best here. Also if you want to learn new technologies, this is one of the best places to do that.

Dislikes

Salary. There is a negligible increment every year. And the worst thing is that Infosys will hire a person for doing the same work as you and at the same position but they will offer them a lot more package that their loyal employees, which just irritates you.

Likes

Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

1. Salary 2. Promotion 3. Favouritism 4. Carelessness among senior member regarding growth and development 5. Clear the mess 6. No growth in terms of career and money

Big campus in bangalore and mysore. Can book stay for family members also.

Dislikes

Weeken interview complusions, too much of micromanagement, managers bossism, no recognition and compensation for real working employees

... best companies for a hardworking employee in the initial phase of their career. While work-life balance, salary, and appraisals may seem less than ideal, the positive aspects of skill development, personality development, exposure to working with people from different cultures, and easy learning opportunities far outweigh these less positive factors. once an infoscion always an infoscion!!
