As a organisation they have there own ethics But when it comes to employees I don see that They have huge campus and good infrastructure apart from nothing is there

No hike No promotions No benefits No bonus No opportunities Micro management If you have are in good project then you may expect some work life balance Else that's not there

Job Security, Offices available in various parts of India, Brand Name, Salary on time, Good Infrastructure, good onboarding experience.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Faced discrimination based on the basis of North Indian or South Indian, People with even higher job level then you don't have good knowledge of the tech they are working on, but are payed more then you, No support from managers, No hikes and promotion even if you worked for 2 years here.

...est company. If you're at support project then you're at completely wrong place. Take home Salary is always lesser than which is mentioned on your offer letter... While joining take 3 times confirmation from HR about in hand salary. Most of the managers are non-technical, they don't understand your skill and your aspiration. Pathetic bench policy and project allocation.

Nothing is good here, but ofcourse it's a good company, maybe my bad luck to get all shit people and horrible project and worse management though recommend not to join. Please do not join this company try to get offer from other companies.

There are many things i hate, 1: Leave Policy 2: Salary Structure 3: Performance Bonus 4: Appraisals are very minimal

Clear-cut assignments. 0 bench policy. Supportive team members and managers if you are lucky.

Salary is below average from the market standards. This is the biggest reason one avoids Indian MNCs. As an MNC Infosys should offer a salary within the market standard. Freshers from college are getting placed with 48 LPA packages nowadays. Still paying a salary that was being paid 10 years back without considering market inflation impacts the thought process of candidates. Also, hikes are very minimal. This is for those who don’t have other choices for now.
