Dislikes

Not employee oriented. Salary is very low for loyal employees. No career growth. Bad managers. Managers say inappropriate words to their subordinates and HR can't take any actions because they want actual audio or video recording. How's this can be possible. HEAR system is just for show case. Overall if someone wants to spoil their career and self respect, then join Infosys. Infosys is only for shareholders who get dividend regularly. Employees don't get hike regularly.

When you finally get a promotion, you expect a good increment with it. For me nothing changed in my salary slip except the variable pay that I would receive with few deductions and the designation. Please understand, that people who switch in 3 years wud get double package but who stays gets nothing for the loyalty.

Everything else seems fine to me except the salary.

Best part for Infosys is job security and company policies are also good but you will need someone to tell about those. Considering workload, depends completely on you team and on an average it's balanced.

Considering cons, is salary is very low and hike is negligible and sometimes you will find it difficult to maintain work-life balance

Work culture, job security is good. Teammates as well as managers are also very supportive. The campuses and cafeterias are amazing. Trainings and skill development also help a lot.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Not enough opportunity to work on projects outside your skill set.
