One aspect I dislike about my workplace is that the salary does not reflect the level of productivity and effort put in. It feels mismatched, which can be discouraging at times.

Likes

They need to be transperant in promotion policy and need to learn that everyone is there to earn. You cannot bar anyone from increment if he or she is performing. Fairness in opportunity should be their and if one performs one should get what hw or she deserves.

Dislikes

They donot pay fair also they dont give dividend on once performance. People lack motivation because of this.I was assured of promotion if continue to work with client in night shift after 2 yaars they left me in sea all alone

Job Security, Offices available in various parts of India, Brand Name, Salary on time, Good Infrastructure, good onboarding experience.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Faced discrimination based on the basis of North Indian or South Indian, People with even higher job level then you don't have good knowledge of the tech they are working on, but are payed more then you, No support from managers, No hikes and promotion even if you worked for 2 years here.

... a scam. I got trained as automation tester but got manual testing to work upon. Future growth is just nothing, After 1 or 2 years you will be at same position and salary( 1k to 5k) increment only

Job security is only there for most, satisfaction for work is less

It is hypocrite in some ways company is ready to hire for same role with 16 lacks package a new employee but paying 6 lacks to old employee and cant pay more
