As a fresher I joined here, I really liked the training part it was real good, Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

...gement doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If You joined as a fresher then You won't see bonuses or variable pays until become TA 3-4years, if you have good rapo .

... learn about any technology . They also have workshops for new technologies . As a fresher , the only problem I faced was salary and the promotions and appraisals take time .

The daily 9.15 Hr duty .

Company is open to innovation and to adopt latest technology.i am happy that i am part of team that markets reliable and people come from various cultural background and we work collaboratively.

Bonus is less and growth is slow and there is no on job training for freshers

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

...e experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. Unmet salary expectations: The compensation offered during onboarding often falls short of what is promised, leading to disappointment when salaries are credited. No career growth: For experience professionals, Infosys offers little to no opportunities for career advancement, making it a poor choice for long-term growth. Project Choice: They never give a chance to switch to another project or reject the project; otherwise, they will create a legally problematic situation for employees.
