Very less salary, No hikes, and what was the training in begining and what am working in the current project is completed differ.....the worst thing is am not satisfied with the working project....not only me everyone was feeling like this only

Fortunately I got to work with a Canadian client where I got to learn and upgrade my ECP skills also Infosys helped me to get certified.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is very poor. These days even we are not getting our bonuses properly. Even after getting commendable rating we get only 60% of our bonus.

Great Company with numerous projects, scope of learning depends on your interest. Big Campus, Food Courts, Tennis Court, Cricket ground and all that required for your health and FUN. - > Many Projects -> Flexible work hours( Depends on Project) -> Company encourages Good WLB( Depends on Project like in all other companies.)

Difference in Salary mentioned in Offer Letter vs Salary you get as Take Home. Only 50% of Salary you get as Take Home to what is mentioned in Offer.

->Job Security ->Good Infrastructure ->Learning opportunities (might vary for each person depending on the project) and global presence

Dislikes

->Low Salary and subpar appraisal system (very less hike even if you get the best possible rating) ->Poor Management and bureaucracy ->Mandating WFO even when, there isn't a requirement from client and entire team works from different locations within country (favoritism can occur, some resources might be granted permission to WFH)

...ce 2. Huge work pressure due to few seniors don't know how to manage the work 3. Salary, promotions, hikes are very very less 4. Locked with project work and would not get more time to learn something else. Trainings will be going on but won't help us when we were stuck with lot of work.
