There are alot learning opportunities for freshers as well as laterals. Good culture and Supportive Colleagues again depends on project to project I got really good team, sometime there is a lot work load but you will definitely learn every day.

Dislikes

... bad. I was working as an SAP FICO Consultant but salary is really too much low. HR will never listen to you if you want an salary hike even if you have really good reviews from managers and client, they will just show you policy of promotions and appraisal. Progression is not given till the time you chase your manager and HR, and due to this promotion gets delayed.

I found Work life balance here as they have flexible work hours and as my first company it will always hold best place in my heart but if we talk about culture it has a employee friendly hybrid culture which makes it easy to work in any situations.

Salary hikes/ appraisals rates are very low here and after sometime my growth is becoming stagnant now.

Great Company with numerous projects, scope of learning depends on your interest. Big Campus, Food Courts, Tennis Court, Cricket ground and all that required for your health and FUN. - > Many Projects -> Flexible work hours( Depends on Project) -> Company encourages Good WLB( Depends on Project like in all other companies.)

Difference in Salary mentioned in Offer Letter vs Salary you get as Take Home. Only 50% of Salary you get as Take Home to what is mentioned in Offer.

->Job Security ->Good Infrastructure ->Learning opportunities (might vary for each person depending on the project) and global presence

Dislikes

->Low Salary and subpar appraisal system (very less hike even if you get the best possible rating) ->Poor Management and bureaucracy ->Mandating WFO even when, there isn't a requirement from client and entire team works from different locations within country (favoritism can occur, some resources might be granted permission to WFH)
