... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Infosys campus is really good you feel like you are in other country until you are in office.

Infosys always find ways to steal the Employee salary , It will deduct the hard earned employee salary irrespective of the reasons. Even you get the Outstanding rating for the hardwork you done there is no guarantee that you will get the Hike.

No appreciations, no salary hikes for years, don't trust management for any commitments, while switching to other campany, it's all fake later. You will be utilized like anything but no single rupee hike. Simply I don't recommend this company.

I like Infosys office and learning new skills.

...eting 18 months we will give promotion and level change but now it is different. Hike also they didn't give oer year they give hike in monthly salary 1 k or 1500 that's it sometimes they didn't give that much hike also. I am facing health issues also completely rotational shifts. If we ask any questions they said if you don't like you can release this company. I hate working on Infosys. please don't join.
