Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.

...ckage while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly.

...People in top management don't care about employees'growth. 3. Joined Infosys??? Forget about getting any yearly salary hike, for as many years as you decide to stay in the company. Reason could be any -You don't meet the no. Of work years criteria / Company is not growing (but paying good dividends to share holders) / Mmmm....HR and Manager don't have any idea WHY? / Please wait for 1-2 months to get an update. 4. Infosys fails to understand that

Salary , even after 2 year , 1.5 year in project, outstanding performer last year , 2 time quarterly award winner and you know what still no hike , no promotion

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.
