Salary is very low. Forget performance bonus. Forget appraisals. You will get 3% avg hike. There is too much pressure in HR roles. The management pretends to hear but does nothing. Unhealthy competition among peers creates toxic work culture.

Its a big organization with multiple projects.

...iority, no proper mechanism which directly impacts the work quality of employee. compensation standards are the worst. Team lead will start shouting at everyone the minute meeting starts and there is no accountability. they way things are set up, people focus more towards output than quality of work which leaves a bad experience for all and reduced work outflow.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low as compared to market standards. Promotions don't happen on time. There is hardly any focus on benefits for HR. Also, there seems to be a culture change over the years which has resulted in a strict hierarchical structure being followed, making it difficult to reach out to the skip managers.

100% job security. There is no worry of job loss. Amazing work culture Infosys has and kudos to the management team specially during the pandemic. They have enabled to all the employees work from home.

...a good company to start your career with as it gives u a good learning exposure. Except for low compensation n benefits..there is nothing negative about the company that I can comment on.
