1. Compensation and HR policy towards applications when making an offer. Inconsideration & Unfairness towards International higher education credential even for top ranked Universities. Due to this, it would discourage people from pursuing core interest when compared to other fields. 2. Slow growth. Can be stagnant for prolonged periods of time and this coupled with poor hikes can lead nowhere. 3. Disparity in compensation in same roles.

Good only on job security. Meant only for Laid back personalities .

Doesnt understand employee emotion and are very adamant on salary with no listening from Hr. They win these arguements but are also losing peoples

No work life balance and compensation if going bad year after year. If you are average performer which would 80% of the employees in Infosys your hike per year will be 1-2% and variables pay at just 70%.

...ale on the lower side, hikes are shameful. Promotion policy is from the ice-age. They do not provide competitive salary and benefits.
