Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

Amazing infrastructure and platforms for learning and self growth technically. Work life balance is good and there are a lot of opportunities to participate in any activity that you may be passionate about.

Lot of complexity in the salary package and too many policies to follow.

Lot of opportunity to learn new skill. best part is internal job position which is like applying new jobs/independent project movement to new skills/domain
