...est company. If you're at support project then you're at completely wrong place. Take home Salary is always lesser than which is mentioned on your offer letter... While joining take 3 times confirmation from HR about in hand salary. Most of the managers are non-technical, they don't understand your skill and your aspiration. Pathetic bench policy and project allocation.

Nothing is good here, but ofcourse it's a good company, maybe my bad luck to get all shit people and horrible project and worse management though recommend not to join. Please do not join this company try to get offer from other companies.

Coworkers, team, and managers were cooperative, helpful and gave timely feedback. Provided scope to acquire new skills

The pay wasn't as per the workload I was handling. Compensation and benefits were too low

Everything is Excellent, You can survive in Infy until your retirement.Good Scope to move to other process through IJP, Job security 100.00%, company polices are very well organized.

Work environment is good for employees and the overall job security is fine.

Management is not addressing salary issues of employees with bsc/bca education background.The salary is not at all decent for us.They are hiring new people with less knowledge and giving them good packages and employees who is working for past 5-8 years are struggling for getting good packages there.

Team Mates , Projects , Infosys is the place you gain more knowledge in technology . There is unit only for learning where there will be educators who will train you in all technology which all needed.
