No help from the Team members. Lot of deductions in salary. Continuously we need to monitor system for entire shift 12.30 pm to 9.30,,,pm almost 9 hrs shift. More work no proper Team support. 24/7 Environment. Gulf projects horrible. Us projects are good.

Dislikes

Nothing is there to like .All offices are out of the city. No proper transport.

Likes

1. Infrastructure is very good. 2. WFH during the pandemic. 3. Food courts are with reasonable price. 4. You are lucky if you get a good project and Team which recognizes your efforts and support you.

Dislikes

1. Compensation or hike can be revised equally for all employees without much restrictions. 2. Recognition is not there but it depends on the project as well.

Likes

Infosys has wonderful working environment. And job security is 💯. There is a super market, parlour, gaming for relaxation. And a huge good courts will have all indian foods

Compensation is not that good. And work location is too far from my home.

The only factor to dislike infosys is the compensation. If at all the compensation is so good for the employees working for long years like the pay is for lateral entries, INFOSYS would be topping up with the rating of BEST COMPANY ever. But you cant have everything always... The choice would be flexibility and employee-friendly and leisure environment and learning process and Job security VS compensation... I would not choose compensation over the rest.

...nvironment and have a lot of training programs to help employee's career growth.Company provides its employees a good salary package, moreover employees get a good feeling of work satisfaction and job security while working with the company.
