Likes

...touch of humanity. Job security is unbeatable, and ample overseas opportunities. If you are good at work, apart from salary hikes, there is nothing one will regret in this company.

Dislikes

The worst part (and probably only worst part I notices in my looooong stint in Infosys) is the compensation. This make company unfit to work with for long tenures, if you are not getting constant overseas work opportunities.

Only the people, they are really working hard for too less

Dislikes

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Training learning project culture work environments is super cool. Leave policy is also good. Campus life is awesome greenary campus.

Dislikes

Salary compensation and appraisal is worst. I joined 3.6 lpa and having 3yr experience and my current compensation is 4.1 lpa

Likes

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Dislikes

Poor salary hike and promotion. Terrible work life balance in some projects.

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Dislikes

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.

Currently working as technology lead With 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPA Is This offer is comes under market standard. Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.
