Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

Easy and relaxed job environment. Job security.

Dislikes

Poor network of peers, most colleagues and managers are lacking in skills. Poor environment to foster career growth, compensation not competitive to the market and promotions and appraisal will not feel recognised or rewarded.

Job Security, If you don't want growth financially and want to stuck in a company like forever. Join this, they will not fire you but won't give you job as per your competency. Just some random person put you in random project where your life will become miserable.

No work life balance No Hike or promotion or Career Growth No Bonus or any kind of WFH support Company wifi is pathetic, you have to use your own Mobile Hotspot to work even if you do WFO. Too much filthy politics Poor Management

The best part of the company is the job stability. In the hard times when there was recession world wide, Infosys was the only company standing beside their employees and supporting them.

Dislikes

The only drawback is the salary and facilities.The salary and appraisal is worst. No good salary or hike is given any year.the variable pay is also confusing.

I joined Infosys as a fresher direct from college with basic knowledge of programming. I was trained for 3 months in java angular and sql. nobody will teach and pay you for the same. I feel it’s great what they just did in training. They have an awesome learning platform to learn any skill that you want. Supportive managers who encourage and bit force you to take up courses and improve.

Dislikes

Salary is indeed very less when compared to other companies. Even after role change there is no increment yet. No bonus.
