Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

...e experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. Unmet salary expectations: The compensation offered during onboarding often falls short of what is promised, leading to disappointment when salaries are credited. No career growth: For experience professionals, Infosys offers little to no opportunities for career advancement, making it a poor choice for long-term growth. Project Choice: They never give a chance to switch to another project or reject the project; otherwise, they will create a legally problematic situation for employees.

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Dislikes

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.

No one is there to listen about yours queries like salary revised n all manager will tell ask hr and hr will tell ask manager. Managar only care about project deliverables. After 3.5 yrs of wasting my times left the organisation. Two time get met expectation rating but no salary hike .

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.
