Salary is not as per market standards, doesn't pay bills. No one cares how skilled a designer is, they only care about the college he/she graduated from and they foster everything based on that. Career growth is stagnant.

Likes

Work Culture & Work life balance is Good. Return To Office varies from account to account and client needs; but from Infosys Organization perspective it has been made 2-days/week. Provides valuable learning and certification platforms and promotes for career growth. Post Pandemic Free Transport currently available and excellent food courts with food at subsidized rates.

Dislikes

Has huge potential to grow further rapidly; just need to retain talents through good salaries and good salary structure by passing on more benefits to employees. Leverage Flexi Benefit Plan and pass on more benefits to employees. This way you can keep your existing cost as is and pass more cash in hand to employees depending on Job Levels . Secondly, decouple your heavy infra investments into one location into multiple locations , even if its within one city , this is another way to retain good talent. Pandemic has brought hybrid and companies would continue to adopt and retain talent and hence we should adopt it too. SEZ benefits certainly would depend on how you position it.

The work environment is very good. Company policies are fair enough for employees. Job security, management are also good. The only thing is hike is not that much great.

The only thing that I don't like is Salary hikes are not that great.

Behavior of managers were very bad while leaving company.There was no personal life.They restricted our personal life.They were telling to work 24×7 hours.Even if in holidays and weekends they were forcing to work.

Work environment is really nice. Training will give you immense knowledge. Huge campus to chill with your colleagues. Great option to kick start your career.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and appraisals are not satisfactory.
