There is no work life balance. The work pressure is too high and failing to meet your targets can lead to salary deductions and a lot of scolding from all the managers. You're also forced to work on weekends from morning till 10pm at night.

I think its a good company for good salary initially don't work here for more than 1 year.

they treat their veteran as waste..so if anyone want to word here word for initial 1 or 2 years and find something else

Company trust on employees,as they understand the employees need and release salary before 2 days of month

Career growth is less than target growth. I mean target is rapidly growing in comparison to career.

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

Management is good, salary is on time and job security is quite good

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4
