Naukri.com is a good company to start your career in Sales. People are decent. You get salary and incentive on time and job security is there.

Dislikes

Salary is compratively quite less than industry standard. There is always a pressure for closing the monthly or quarterly target. There are very few growth opportunities. There are no flexible hours and they follow strict dress code. There are no additional benefit apart from your salary

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

Dislikes

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

Management is good, salary is on time and job security is quite good

Dislikes

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4

For sales it has ample of leads so we don't have to generate which makes a process little easier.

Dislikes

Salary and work life balance but it's obvious it won't be there in B2C Sales in most of the company. Although salary is one of the aspect which can be looked into

Its a known brand in market hence feels proud to represent my company

Dislikes

Below average industry compensation, salary. I know we are here for work but like every other company we should have some sort of facilities and activities atleast quartely to entertain ourself with team. Company doing so well in terms of business but now company only thinks about its own profit and not employees. Atleast one trip for team can be offered annually.
