...Nothing technical and all of your technical knowledge and skill won't be Worthy. I recommended everyone to move ahead with some other company to work dont looks to the compensation may be you good here approximately 3 lack for fresher and certainly some more to experience but your technical skill and knowledge will not be used here. Tje task and jobs responsibility ordered you to that can be done by a non technical person too. A labour or a ordinary peron can do that job but company's damanded to engineer's that can ruined his technical knowledge and skill if you are work in ITP department but if you chosen for fuel farm please go ahead to join but for itp i personally recommend to not join. Rest is individual choice.

No promotional policy. I am here serving this company from 2015 but still on same designation and work environment, appraisal also not so good, you may got only 7 to 8 % of hike for the annual year, management didn't listen to employee concerns if your family's member is hospitalised the GM of the company to ask you to report on duty else LWP will be marked. No social value. No family life

.You ll get salary on time. .You ll be getting 24hrs of rest after working for 12hrs shift. Which is best for only locals, Who can reach their hometown in 3-4 hrs. .That's all

.Internal Politics. .Only employees who are the relatives of seniors will get promotions. .You will be working like a GRADUATED LABOURs. This company knows, there are less jobs for engineers inprivate sectors, this helps them in catching graduates. They are just taking advantage of unemployment.

Those who want to do better life please do not join this company. There is no any salary growth, work culture is worst , no work experience should be count other industries. Engineer please do not join this company. In mumbai V.P is Acharya and operation Manager is Arun , Both are always ready to do corruption in mechanical instruments . In this company low educatEd people work in management and get high salary, promotion. Also get extra income by doing corruption in maintenance. Example - Mr. Arun- I.T.P Manager They higher people for engineering background to do donky work ( as operation officer) . Also at time of joining they demand to us 100000/- rupees. For security reasons.

Please do not join this company if you are engineer. This aircraft fuelling job is trap they will sign 3 years bond from you and take DD of 1 lac as bond breakage amount . This is purely physical job no brain required, you have to keep your self respect at home no body will respect you. They will force you to work for 13 hours in sunny, rainy ,winter season in day and night shift, single mistake from you they will issue warning letter which will affect your increment. VP (Mr. Acharya) of Mumbai region is most egoist person. he will never listen to employee, never think of employee. he is dictator. Operation manager (Arun N.) is donkey who is at his position by licking toes of higher management he is very less educated not even engineer he will do everything to harass employee but to give solution to problem, shift managers are just puppets of higher management and don't have any skills and they don't use their brain . This job is for ITI people don't ruin your life this is swamp once you get trapped it is very difficult to get out you will never improve in your skills, your mentality become like labours, you will suffer, your health will suffer even if you are so desperate, suggestion is improve your skills and join other job. Nobody is happy in this company except some toe licker in general shift, everyone became selfish and arrogant, environment is so toxic, Every one is just thinking to get out of this job each second. This is just waste of your precious time, precious health, precious life.

Company policy are good but not implement on every location it's differ from each location. Medical insurance given ( only if admitted in hospital) pf provided .. overtime 8 hrs ₹ 1000 as of now . Given good increment and have promotion policy. (Limited number only promoted but only designation change work remains same expect managers )...assistant 3 year to officer .....5 year to sr officer Hard working involved in the job in good atmosphere. No mental or technical related work. Worker graded work for engineers. Even as a driver.

...er you liked the Job or not. Poor Leave management Low manpower for high work Low salary. Work under sun,rain,cold,night Time matters even seconds . nature of work is bonded with time. No value if you work well . Hazzardous and dangerous work environment. Different shift timings not as per factory act
