One of Top company in the world who provide aircraft refueling services to the airline's, with highly educated B. E. Holders, this job is like labour's work but they gives a world class job designation operations Officer, every one is feeling proud to be part of the IOSL. They are growing tremendously, no body can achive this type of success in any organization available in the world. When I was come to join this fabulous company they shows me dream of shift manager after 3 yrs. Unfortunately company changed its policy for provide better opportunities to every employee, they created one more post senior operations officer, they fill need more deep experience in the field for shift manager roll because of its job nature, which was very awesome decision, after 8 yrs still I am operations officer but I am not filling bad, because they serve me my bread and butter. Once I get promotion of senior operation officer, I will be eligible for shift manager, only there is very small thing to fulfill it, which is I need to complete 5 years as senior operations officer which is very small period of our career. We are growing very fast but some people they don't have this type of vision like our S. vice president, he is one of the world class leader who knows very well how to use others assets to grow personal wealth effectively...Read More

Title: A Company of Broken Promises I have been with Indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. for several years now, and my experience has been a rollercoaster of shattered dreams and false promises. When I initially joined, I was assured that with hard work and dedication, I could climb the ladder to become a Shift Manager. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than a carrot dangled in front of my nose. After years of dedication and putting in extra hours, I was eagerly awaiting the opportunity for a promotion to Shift Manager. To my dismay, instead of promoting me, the company created a new senior position that I wasn't even eligible for due to the arbitrary requirement of years of experience. It's disheartening to see that my loyalty and dedication were rewarded with nothing but disappointment. The management's decision to prioritize a newly created position over my well-deserved promotion has not only stalled my career but has also negatively impacted my life. I had made life plans and financial commitments based on the promised promotion, and now I find myself struggling to meet those obligations. Moreover, the lack of transparency and honesty in this matter has shattered my trust in indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. It's clear that the company is more interested in making false promises to employees than in fostering a fair and rewarding work environment. I urge anyone considering a career at indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. to approach with caution. The false promises and career roadblocks I've faced should serve as a warning that this company does not value its employees' well-being or professional growth. The greatest enemy of local employees is Ujjwal Sinha. He was promoted to ITP operations manager in February’2022 and now he’s leaving no stone unturned to make life miserable of employee who don’t like him or don’t belong to Bihar region. Safety officer Tojo Toms has also become a puppet of him instead he must have acted unbiased considering overall safety. ITP officers are totally working in a concentration camp alike circumstances as nobody listens to them despite Delhi location generates the highest revenue for IOSPL. Even CEO TS Dupare insults in such a pathetic manner to disregard ITP Delhi employees in every possible effort. In addition, new joinees will asked to INR100,000/- as a security deposit for a span of three years and upon completion of that employee gets refund with a simple interest of 6% annually which is next to nothing. Majority of newly joined employees leave within first six months. Employee retained percentage seems almost negligible. This job is only for ITI holders. This is not engineering work, or technical (Driving vehicle, hose connection and disconnection during heavy rain, winter and summer(35℃), pull hoses like bull, basic calculations of fuel delivery, nothing else, Don't spoil your life... Current management is very cruel they don't have humanity, everybody's working under pressure because of them (vice president , operations Manager, maintenace manager, and safety officer) these peoples only enjoying there life in true meaning with harrasing juniors . That's why they gives 5 star rating, for every small mistakes they issues warning letters by speed post at your home address.

Lots of health issue due to nature of work, not getting proper rest, not getting time for lunch dinner, operations officer like only BE/Btech slaves , there is not even transport facility, Not proper canteen facility.
