... in every corporate Company so nothing new in this.Growth is on the micro level.It would take yes for someone to get to a good salary.And a person with politics would get there in just one year.

Well being an X employe I had reapplied for the job and had juss 2% less than the criteria percentage.The company has no value for X employee no matter how genuine the reason would be to leave the job.The company doesn’t know how to maintain good relations with the X employees who have worked for the company for years.I had a strong reason to leave the job as I was getting married and a justified reason to get back.It was really sad to see the way they acknowledged my reason.I regret every single day working for the company. I am just one person who has gone through this there would many like me turned down just because we lack the percentage but we did have the knowledge about how the company works.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

Pros-- Compensation and annual appraisal is very good Work-Life balance Job Security Great platform for freshers to learn No Polities

Cons-- Non IT Company Nothing much to learn after 3-4 yrs No Training for new Technologies HR has not much power No onsite opportunity

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.

1. Too much Travelling 2. 4 meetings Daily 3. Too much work load 4. Unrealistic Targets (3-5 Lacs per Month) 5. Complaint Resolution and closing of Tickets as we don't have CC (Customer care). 6. Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.
