So Much Pressure , Incentive structure is poor,90% market Cover , Customer doesn't Entertain Easily,You Have To Work 12-13 Hr Per Day ,You Have To Do Calling 100 No.Daily And Also Visit Daily ,Work life balance is zero .So Much Repeated and NI Data ,If You Don't Have Self respect then Definitely join This Company

No one consider your opnion.they want to exploit the employee and want more n more work in lower cheap and third class salary.

They don't think about their employees.they even want all work done if you are on sickleave also said that if on leave make a sale on Sundays.They even do not gift anything to employees on Diwali and New year's...no bonus is offered...no work culture here...Higher management is very ruthless. They harrassed alll the executive...
