1. Too much Travelling 2. 4 meetings Daily 3. Too much work load 4. Unrealistic Targets (3-5 Lacs per Month) 5. Complaint Resolution and closing of Tickets as we don't have CC (Customer care). 6. Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.

...... If we wfh employees want leave the manager says Ghar pr hi to kaam krna h... And salary bs naam ki hai yha appraisal ya promotion kbhi ni milega if you are working as a wfh employee.

...Indiamart work environment is good. Teammates are very supportive to new people. Salary is ontime every month and appraisal policy is completely based on your performance. Every nine months cycle for appraisal on bases of your performace. No corporate politics here, Managers always motivate you for achieving your targets. You get the opportunity to meet new people and learn lots of new things about business they doing. I have learn lots of new things about market and business which I never know before IndiaMart.

Pay is satisfactory at indiamart and on time payment. Colleagues are cooperative and help you. Growth opportunities are there.

Too much pressure. Indiamart treats its employees like donkeys. Everytime, after some days, work burden is added more and more with the same pay. Than focus on real problem solving or servicing, more pressure is on just talking to clients to complete a talk time target and convince them anyhow for renewal of service. Hevy pressure., working on lengthy processes, Many times technology doesn't work and the system is stuck. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm but they give you so much work and at the end you will not be able to complete even after working 1 hour extra..they will tell you that you did nothing and wasted the entire day. Working days are Monday to Friday and you need to work at last saturday of the month and many time on any saturday due to work load and on all saturdays in March.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
