Good for initial 1,2 year of carrers you can learn on your own, no seniors present in most teams.

Dislikes

...and Infosys on how people are benched there and we are lucky to have to do work. If only they can look and benchmark the pay they provide. Company is highly profitable over 500 cr, still senior managers, hod act live developer and pm are partying and not doing anything useless, only if they could know their business is reached it's peak after covid, no one to blame.

In my team especially app team my tech lead was worst person, to impress his superiors he use to show them how much work he is doing, but fact is he is forcing his tasks to junior engineers, i had once argued with him, the reason i left IM, some people are good, but to much politics, Some Product Managers who have been working since 3-4 years don't know even 2% about there product, they just say developers to do its own , your hardwork will never get rewarded, if you join IM go for msite or backend team, because teams other than all PMs, Tech leads, AVPs there is many politics, when you resign your skip manager will make you feel guilty then why you resigned

...reshers as they can learn many things. No work pressure. Good work life balance. Salary on time. Job security as they haven't fired anyone till now.

Dislikes

As I mentioned the company is only good for entry level engineer but not for experienced engineers. freshers have to learn everything on their own. No proper training. Salary for experienced engineers is not upto industry level.

Salary, promotion, working hours, 24*7 on call with your APIs, meeting at any time of the day, old work frame (still need to work on php), no goodies on festival or even joining the company, poor health insurance, no compensation or acknowledgement for working beyond working hours and the list could go on and on ......

Likes

Work culture. Remote policy as of day of writing this. No work load. Good learning.

Dislikes

Salary is more like service based and less like product based company. Provide bare minimum things like only mediclaim is included as other benefits and that too is of only 2 lacs.
