Over pressure for work. They will provide you daily basis targets and you have to fullfill all the targets else next morning your manager will shout on you in the morning hurdles. (Daily Targets eg- Effective calls, video meetings, pre renewal, Renewal calls, Renewal meetings, physical renewal meetings for the sales team and Tickets) Apart from this all you need to maintain your CMR, CMR+1, +2 and +3 as well.

I have aplied there to rejoin , firstly HR gave 21 % hike on the salary , then I got call after 2 days that there will be no hike , I can join on same pay scale. Which means that they insult of my time , my work experience and my dignity.

- Bro, If want to mark present for the, have to do individual 30 min actual talk time, after doing all Manager KPI, which terribly impossible. If you dare to take this join happily. - Full Favouritism at all level till VP & National Head. - Surprisingly PIP and saperation designed over difficult task, which impossible to meet. - If you fall down, you will be screwed by hell. - If you speak about leakages and suggest that, this wrong..boss u will be targeted.

...t tele calling to fix three meeting.. Client are fustrreted to call in morning When you do 3 meeting then you get that day salary.. Client are fustrreted with Indiamart In Indiamart 22yrs ,three employee get Blood pressure disease Due to high work pressure If anyone have thing to join Indiamart intermesh Pvt Ltd.. Do not go for it .

I felt very good working in India Mart but due to some problems I had to leave the job. Very good training is given there and if I am not able to understand something then I ask my senior for help.

Dislikes

In IndiaMart we did not get money as per the work done. Even after working full time in a day, the salary for one week was approximately Rs. 200 or 300. This was too less. The weekly salary of Rs. 200 had no meaning
