He doesn't have any sense of talking . He is hardly 3 years old in the system and every month he keeps doing experiments without logical thinking. Pulkit Pandey was a logical thinker and tele monthly was doing well in his supervision. Wahi company successful hoti hai jahaan long tenure wale employees jyada hote hain. Be it google, microsoft or tcs. Jo company apne old employees aur old customer ko retain na kar paaye wo naye employees aur naye customers leke kya hi grow karegi. Vaibhav sahab(sir is a tiny word for him) thinks that few people have been promoted by giving bribe and not on their merits. New Rm's are being promoted on the basis of buttering and not on the basis of merits. He is arrogant and baseless thinker. Executives who never performed,are being made auditors and rm or Bm who got promoted after giving repeated performance,are being treated as wage worker/street workers. He always threatens everyone that he will take away the job. Company has an ATL policy if manager forces any subordinates to resign but still,he keeps forcing everyone to resign. Instead he should resign as he has done nothing . He came to strengthen churn but due to his baseless experiments,company has lost their talented employees as well as customers drastically.
