This is real post .. If you search about that company... you will find very good reviews about it.. actually they have in house team to manage such kind of activity .. to make their good reviews .. they are doing totally fake business .. There is nothing to be like in imark .. it's just a startup company of group of some people .. no training, zero job security , no growth, no appraisal.. whole staff is involved in politics .. even servant and gatekeeper too... zero life balance .. you have to work after office too, till the time you are wake up.. Even HR of this company will try to pretend that she is well educated .. but she is just known of director of company.. so she dont have manners to behave with employee.. she had started her career as tele caller.. but later started work as HR .. but she dont have any degree for it.. I will suggest to all reader .. never join this company if you want to achieve something in life..

It's way of working , salary , timings, HR, directors .. Director will pretend you that he is well qualified and experienced person .. but in reality .. there is nothing like that .. Usually he ask new joinee to bring data of good customers from old company so that he can run his company.. and once you will give your good client to imark .. they will start searching the way to fire you .. Even company is not following minimum wages law of state policy.. new joinee are getting 6000 per month ..

Its a good start for freshers, they also provide training and teach you about different sort of techniques related to your work.

...ce of the place is negative. They somehow also favour their favourite employees. Above all the salary is pathetically low.

No career growth financially and technically after 2-3 months working. They are just fooling clients and stealing money by giving copy paste codes and not delivering complete project. You will face deduction on late comings, will face challenges while taking leaves. Mr Piyush Gupta is non technical person having no idea about timeline. He play very cheap politics at the time of increments

Nothing, nothing is good here there HR department is so unprofessional the HR department head Gazzal singhania is such a fake person she lacks every soft skills one HR should have. This company is all about showcasing themselves good on social media only Everything they showcase on Social media is fake only HR department enjoys the function only they are allowed to attend those functions it's a family and friends owned business so everything revolves around them only. Such a fake company.

iMark Infotech has an amazing team of employees, and provides a good platform to grow and enhance your skills. I love the brainstorming meetings specially because it helped me grow professionally. Even if you are experienced professional , you will get to learn lot from people around you.
