...ou will not go technically and professionally 2)people's here are working 24*7. 3)if you go against this toxic work cilture they will hold your salary 4)Talent acquisition team is pathetic,once you join they will not care about you. 5)HR department is filled with goons they don't know professionalism.they eagerly need training 6)no professional environment at all if you are coming from big companies you will not stay here more than month. 7)senior management is stupid they know everything but they behaves like they don't know 8)you will be treated like a labour,weekend work is must you have to work 16hrs/day 9)on-site people's are pathetic and very toxic. 10)please don't join this company in any situation.you will regret.

You will be given challenging opportunities at beginner levels. Some people like it others complain about it.

Dislikes

Pay is not satisfactory and yearly hikes are not that good IMO. Top level management takes their own decisions without considering employees.

... you take more than 3 wfh per year, you wont be eligible for leave encashment. And leave encashment is not full day salary, it is 30% of CTC (who in right mind would do that??) Managers will assume you have superpowers to complete the work in a night, that will take more than 20hours to finish. If you dont work in saturday or sunday, or say you have personal work, it will affect your appraisal, the work you do on week days not enough for them. They fired employees during covid times without prior information. It was more like hire and fire policy which they dont mention anywhere in their paper. That time manager and HR will act like paid goons and demand employees to send resignation letter.. if employees dont do that , they will start immediate termination process.. All this without any compenstation During your interviews if HR/Manager says there will be job security, ask them why they fired employees during covid time? If anyone from the company says this false, i can release my identity.

you will not get long term projects and relevant work to your skill , appraisal discussion never happened, What Criteria they will give hike not sure, You can’t find a good leader, They not listen your problems. Basically, management is not good policy just documented in paper they will not follow. NO JOB SECURITY. They will release the offer letter day before your joining date with good package and Bonus , don’t trust and Degrade your career. Think for long term and choose wisely

A fancy office with limited open seat arrangement in Pune office as result look like stock marketplace where you wouldn't be positioned to have any client's call. Many leaders like from operation and support functions have left or shown them exit path. iLink digital is southern driven organization they all take decision about promotions or layoff across location. All projects are in staffing project which will asked to seat at client's location where no control from project delivery from i-Link.

1) Salary structure -Hidden deduction like PF, medical allowances all get deducted from your overall CTC. Even taxation benefits are not up to mark. Annual appraisal never completed on time and most of time they will not pay variable component. Appraisal rating is just eye wash they will offer you flat 5-10% hike irrespective of your performance. You need to always lie on boot of southern manager. They will give preference more south resources over other cities resources. 2) Lack of leadership: Claimed leaders (as per their designation) all occupy the seat in US and unfortunately, they spin-less and no visions about growth paths of i-Link. They have hunting investors showing them all jazzy pictures about link and they will be slowly shutting down the Pune office. 3) Acquired organizations: recently they acquired the orgs but in systematic manner they are asking them to be laying off. A pathetic Chennai office where you need hold your breath while in restroom. All projects are TNM model and have been losing big clients over the period due to lack of technical expertise and refused to accept a competent resource while hiring they're biased. MY REQUEST TO YOU ALL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE JOB THEN TAKE THIS JUST A STOP GAP.
