...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.

...line TL and line QA and promise you will make you on paper but all these is lie. They deducted salary without any proper reason if you asked about deduction they will make any non sense excuses

There is nothing to be like , they'll force you to work on week off also and on working they will force to extend the shifts

I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

... wish to get promoted you would need to roam around your leaders and managers. The salary hike percentage after getting promoted is really low.

The management of some process is disgusting, If I am talking about IGT management it is wonderful but if I am taking about process management, I rate them 1 out of 5.
