I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

The only good thing about igt is that you can apply for IJP in 9 months

... manager stating so what your shift is for 9 hours but you have to work extra. 4- Compensation is bad like really really bad.

No job security just open linkedin and see most of the igt employees are immediate joiner they. They are not able to manage technical projects nor they are able to manage resource on bench.
