Whole company itself, the HR name Karuna, such worst one that ever could see, do not know how does they say themselves as HR, even though if they don't deserve tht position

It’s fun company to work and have projects in travel domain with good clients and lots of on-site opportunity

...ompensation, hr is good for nothing, management is biased towards old employees.m, salary hike is low

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Dislikes

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.
