Just the salary on time.

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.
There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.
Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).
...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.
