I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

The only thing which is good about IGT is that they give salary on time and there is no time restriction you can come and go whenever you want to. In Covid-19 situation they are cutting there employees salary even from the trainees and also they are not giving any increment to the employees and also not giving the variable pay to the employees. In this situation company has to be supporting but they are not, they even laid off many employees and more is on the way.

Nothing really, it was a disaster working with them.

I spent so much time working for Expedia's back office, but my salary wasn’t credited on time, even though I marked my attendance every single day. Why? Because my team leader (TL) forgot to approve my attendance. Instead of taking responsibility for his actions, he blamed me for not coming to the office. I had to show him proof that I was present at work to prove myself. I was about to contact HR to resolve the issue, but he stopped me, saying he would talk to HR himself, so I stayed quiet. The management was poor. The TLs were always on breaks or working from home, even though it was supposed to be an office job for them too. They only showed up when the manager was around. There were a few TLs who treated me and my female friends very unprofessionally. They were overly familiar all the time, showing up on the floor intoxicated, chewing tobacco, and breaking rules, even though such behavior was prohibited according to management policies. But the truth is, the rules were only for employees, not those in higher positions. When I joined, I was told the job would be work-from-home and that I’d receive my systems after completing certification. This was a lie—they told us this to attract employees. The worst part was that they kept us believing this false promise, saying every month, "work from home will start next month." I had a medical condition and was specifically looking for a work-from-home job, but they kept me there for six months with nothing but lies. They wasted my time. I watched 10-15 employees get terminated right in front of me, all because there weren’t enough seats on the floor. They were accused of lying about their experience, which was only found during background verification. One of my friends was also terminated, even though she had mentioned the correct experience. Some employees were fired for making minor errors while working on cases, but the truth is, TLs and SMEs were never available to help with complex cases. The blame was always placed on employees. I needed work from home due to my medical condition. Initially, they kept saying, "everyone will get it next month." But they never followed through. Meanwhile, a few of the favorite employees—who had no medical issues—were given work-from-home setups. So, it all came down to favoritism. When I needed leaves, I provided them with medical documents, lab reports, and doctor’s prescriptions, but HR would still call me and speak to me disrespectfully, questioning the validity of my medical documents. Despite having valid paperwork, they marked me as absent. Finally, I got so fed up working there that I decided to resign. They asked me to serve the notice period or pay ₹36,000 to settle my Full and Final (FNF). But why would I serve the notice period when I wasn’t even paid for the days I worked? I emailed and spoke to HR about it, and they claimed that my salary issue was never raised with them, which was a blatant lie. That’s when I realized how corrupt the company and its management were. It wasn’t just me—other employees were facing similar issues. The TLs, managers, and HRs pressured many of us to resign, threatening to terminate us if we didn’t comply. If you're considering working here, just don’t. It’s not worth it. They’re scammers and liars. They convinced me to move to Gurgaon for a month, promising I’d get work-from-home, but it never happened. They forced women to use the cab facility under the guise of "safety," saying it wasn’t safe for women to travel on their own. Yet, the drivers would drop us 15 minutes away from our actual destinations in the middle of the night, telling us we weren’t allowed to go any further, and sometimes the drivers were intoxicated. What’s the point of providing cabs if they’re not even taking us home? The security guards who were supposed to walk us home wouldn’t do it, and this issue was never addressed, despite consulting with TLs and HRs. The drivers would call us 15 minutes before pick-up and wait at a location that was 20 minutes away. If we didn’t reach there on time, they’d yell horrible things at us and leave without waiting. The entire experience at IGT was awful. There were guys on the floor who would make uncomfortable comments and attempt to be overly familiar, despite us saying "no" hundreds of times. The TLs never addressed this behavior. This company, its management, TLs, and HRs are all corrupt. I’d never consider working with them again. I still haven’t received my experience letter. HRs lecture us about doing things the right way, but they can’t even verify basic medical documents. It’s disappointing and absurd.
