I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

Dislikes

There is no job security in this job as the employee can be thrown out anytime. It is totally dependent on the senior that if they don't want to keep them they simply throw out from the company saying that they no more need this employee which is a very inhumane behaviour from the senior to the employee. I would never suggest anyone to join igt for their career. They would ruin their career by joining in this company.

Due to covid-19 situation they help for 2 months of salary and after that they force to employees to buy laptops and who didn't arrange the laptops they keep that particular persons in benchmark

They don't increase salery they have very high work load they provide poor salary to employees... There's no salery hike... They don't provide OT also some times... If you are working as fresher then you may join... For experience purpose.. Don't expect good salery from them
