...ndiGo process. It is Worst Process Ever IGT didn't give you minimum wage to you. On Paper Salary they showing 33k but they giving to there employees only 13k.... I have worst experience there working in voice process... I don't know Why they didn't give there employees minimum wages... If you Joined IndiGo Process don't Joine CR Department (Mail)... Because You feel very stressed Working in CR Mail Department IndiGo... Your TL Manager every time Make pressure on you... So better to see another company that gives you better salry that give you better work life balance...

You will be asked to do OT, double pay but you will never see it reflecting on ur bank account or payslips GIFTAN SHARMA WILL MANIPULATE YOU YO GIVE RATING FOR COMPANY AT INDUCTION, DNT DO THAT HAVE UR EXPERIENCE THEN POUR YOUR THOUGHTS IN LIKE ME. I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

The only thing which is good about IGT is that they give salary on time and there is no time restriction you can come and go whenever you want to. In Covid-19 situation they are cutting there employees salary even from the trainees and also they are not giving any increment to the employees and also not giving the variable pay to the employees. In this situation company has to be supporting but they are not, they even laid off many employees and more is on the way.

Lot of politics. Salary and career growth is slow. Not supportive
