1.The Salary is good for starters. Base salary 35K for international. 2.WFH since Pandamic. 3.Good cafeteria outlets like Palki and American Dhaba. 4.If you are good at your job and are sincere about it; They give you leaves without any questions asked. You get your preferred shift most of the time and preferred week offs as well (Sat/Sunday). And also earn good incentives without deductions. 5.Free vaccines. 6. If you need a long time off let's say 5-6 months, you won't need to resign. You can just let your manager know and then join back you would be trained again and your would get your same designation and same process. 6.Don't fall into hoax circulating that its a scam company. It has got major domestic and internatonal inbound processes running like banking (Credit One US) , retail (DSW Shoes), telecom (Sprint) and gaming (Electronic arts, roblox) processes. DOMESTIC there are so many of them like Punjab national bank, Samsung, Make my trip etc. Good place to hook up and get a GF/BF

Every company has their fair share of pros and cons 1. Companies as big as Ienergizer should have their own free parking for all. But here, only VPs, CEO and people in the top management gets free parking. Rest every one has to park outside and has to pay for it. 2. You don't get a decent raise YoY. But Some how VPs end up getting heafty bonuses and keep buying expensive cars while management finds innovative ways to deduct your salary. 3. IJPs are a joke. You have to be Management centric in order to raise up the hierarchy. It really does not matter if you are good at your job, you can be the best as well but for that they would reward you during Rewards and Recognition ceremony and wouldnot give you a promotion or a raise. 4. The biggest con is that I am yet to see the ghosts. I joined IE to see the ghosts that its famous for and later found out to be a elaborate hoax. (Utterly disappointed) 5. If your performance is bad they don't fire you. They just move you to a different process (As per requirement) in most cases the salary increases and very rarely the salary decreases. 6. Unfair incentive and OT policies. Normally OT are done to earn more and companies tend to pay double but such is not the case with IE they only pay you what you are suppose to make on a Normal day and that's it. 7. Extremely long working hours 10 hours shift including 1 Hr 15 minutes of break. 8. No EPF/PF 9. MULTIPLE punching in/OUT of your ID cards to mark attendance and log in time. If you forget /miss then it marks you absent and you looses your attendance bonus how ever if you raise it on time it might get fixed and there won't be deductions. (Every one in IE have faced this Even the CEO) 10. Employee portal can only be accessed through ethernet and not through internet. 11. No skill development program. 12. No higher education program. 13. Beverages are not allowed on floor. They don't have a free coffee vending machine to get free coffee for its employees.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.
