Job security is must which is obviously not there. A regular tiny mistake and u could be out if the job. Also environment is good but when it comes to higher management and ur freedom to work with flexibility they would only have one answer. " If you want to work here then do it or there are thousands of people waiting for it" . Which I actually right but still saying it to ur employees is kind of disgusting..

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.

Safe environment for night shifts, best company ever for freshers, managers are easily approachable even the vice president sir, is exceptional when it comes to help the advisor going out of the box, Best company ever for freshers, will get a good salary in international process and good working experience

Policies such as lwp that can kill the whole incentives, attendence bonus of 5k, retention bonus of 9k and salary for those days.
