...name, you have to come office anyhow. They shout over you for simple mistakes. People are working at a same position for 3-4 years on a normal salary. 9% salary growth is a dream for employees there. And many more.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is no job security, work culture is worst and supervisor and management is terrible. I won't recommend anyone to join this organisation
