Only the salary package is good . But they find reasons to deduct salary every month which is very annoying.

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible. Uneducated security guards . Food is horrible and the cafeteria also not hygenic to even to sit. There is no value for talent and knowledge. A person who cannot even talk in English properly is appointed as a team leader to handle voice process which signifies that management is partial. And management does not even listens to associates . Even team leaders should be given personality development programme. Want to write more but this won't make any difference .

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Colleague and other senior designation worker are helping and good to mentor new members

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.
