They will not release your salary even in case if you get medicallly unfit and hence unable to join the workplace. Same thing happened with me. Actually what happened, in the July month and after working for 22 days, I had to hospitalized due to severe abdomen pain my health was not good even though I tried to continue until hospitalized for 5 days. And I was diagnostic with appendicitis, hepatitis and gallbladder duct inflamation a severe health condition. My parents informed everything to the management. I sent my medical report to the management to the HR, Manager and TL and begged them to release my salary so that we could make up some medical treatment expenditure( for 5 days the amount of medical expenses was over 45 thousands). Now this is the month of October but till now no information about my 22 days of work. They have the worst policies. Government should take action on such a fraud companies......I will never work with such kind of organization in my whole life.....instead of helping me financially when I was completely rely on the organization they did not release my payment also....... I will take legal action that is for sure.

Salary is good as a fresher. Keep in mind.. Only as fresher.

There are a lot, 10h shifts but systems are hell, so indirectly you will do 11 to 12h shift. Dirty and smelly water. You need to buy from outside. Washrooms are small and smell a lot. No sick leaves.. I worked 8 months. But management didn't approved my single leave. Management always try to fire you, Not a good place to work, specially for girls. Fake promises.

... development and learning. There are favouritism. I am not prefer to any people. And this company said we will give u salary+stafin amount but they didn't give to any employee. And hr of the company said I apologise that was an mistake our side .

They gave 19,700 salary to the freshers and its a great salary for freshers. Even it was not a international bpo but they provided good salary. The atmosphere was also quite good, staff was very supportive even the workers are also supported each other if someone stuck in any querie. You should work there.

Main reason is it was a blacklisted company. Means your experience will be count but on domestic level company's, not in international company. They will not consider this experience in their company because you was working in blacklisted company.

There's nothing to like about honestly it's just a complete overall disappointment to work here.

...rk here and the appraisal was not given even after being told that it'll happen. No position was given in IJP (their useless promotion process to be claimed in 9months) for those who got the promotion merely 4k was increased in salary and life being the same lame as it is. There's no learning curve it's a flatline. You do the same thing every day. If you're process is 5 days a week then your work hours are 10 hours a day which is way more than usual. They make you work 60 hours a week and call it business requirement. They don't approve the leaves. If you get a lesser salary best of luck raising a salary dispute. Just accept what's gone is gone. Overall when you go to have lunch it feels like a fish market and the canteens are as disgusting as they can be and the food outside office is just street vendors there's no actual good place to eat.
