They neither give you your pay nor your comp offs! Promise you five workdays per week but after 2 weeks they stop allocating you leaves. Moreover, can't even take loo calls! Now I have zero money and lot of gall stones.

... process has been shut down and you will get the amount you had came to office . We reached out there anyhow in that pandemic and when I saw my salary there are lot of deduction in that. Second time I hired for make my trip ticketing they hired 25 employees after 15 days of unpaid training in this situation but somehow every employee adjust because everyone needs the job when we get on floor suddenly after 28 days we get to know about our manager that we got moment without our permission. And slowly slowly like this they take out the employees like this approax 24-30employees might be less but according to me was approax 24-30 and again we get to know process has been shut down but they are fooling us. Hr's even don't polite with us and not ready to listen the things and management's are worst than anything , when we have doubts manager told ask from your T.L and T.L told to ask with trainer ... worst company ,worst department and worst policies and they are very good in just one thing i.e, deducting salary. That's why this company is blacklisted and will be forever. And there is no value of employees even management don't know how to speak.

Environment was good, supporting staff ,,salary always come on time ..good for those who are dedicated and serious about job but company not good for those who are in the habbit of taking leaves in every 10 days

... take out their frustration on agents. This is the worst thing about Ienergizer. And rest culture and salary and other things are good. But TLs are really poor and also they don't give you incentives. They take your full utilisation for their sales. and when the time come for the incentives....they just deny their own said words. Poor TLs and managers and this is specially for Aakash process. Can't write these all in dislike box coz space is less. Thanks

Ienergizer is the worst place for work, senior donot know to behave with an employees they treat the employee like an paid labour. From the above feedback i have share my overall experience with an Ienergizer. There are several reason are there behind it.

Reasons: 1. They deduct the pf employer part from the employee salary. 2. They provides the attendance incentive, but it includes in the CTC out of which they deduct service tax i.e., ₹ 186 per employee. On an average they deduct ₹ 29,75,000 per month from the salary of the total employees. 3. They force for do overtime without pay any amount. 4. This organization is the worst workplace i have ever seen. At last, Ienergizer senior harrash the employees. It is better to close that organization.
